Donny founded Black Bird Projects Ltd. as a newly established firm with a vision to deliver superior construction solutions built on a foundation of integrity and technical excellence. While the company is an emerging presence on Vancouver Island, Donny brings over 10 years of comprehensive industry experience as a Red Seal-caliber carpenter and builder. He has integrated his deep-rooted building values into every renovation, custom home, and multi-family project he undertakes.
Black Bird Projects was born out of a specific passion for the renovation sector. Donny believes that revitalizing an existing space requires a unique blend of creative problem-solving and respect for the original structure—a challenge he finds particularly rewarding. By focusing on renovations, the company provides homeowners with a personalized, agile service that allows for greater flexibility and closer collaboration than traditional large-scale firms.
