“Donny repaired a hot tub deck for us that had some rotted planks and fence panels, rebuilt a flight of wooden stairs off a porch and re-sheeted and expanded our main deck including all new wooden picket fencing. Donny was incredible to work with and very quickly had our complete trust and faith in his abilities, skills, honesty, integrity and professionalism. He consulted well along the way which was so appreciated by my partner who had built everything originally and needed to learn how to let go and hand over the reins. Donny was friendly, respectful, very thorough and didn’t cut corners. My husband and I decided to renovate our very out-dated bathroom and were referred to Donny and Black Bird Projects by a friend. It was our first major renovation so we were a bit nervous. From the moment we met Donny we were at ease and felt like we were in good hands. He was communicative, transparent and professional. Throughout the project he was available to us for any questions and concerns we had and responded right away. As we only have one bathroom we were nervous about how long the project would take, but Donny and his team of trades were so on top of it they finished four days ahead of the projected schedule.
